Subscription, Pre-Order & Purchase Options Policy
Certain products offered on monnahealth.com may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or other recurring purchase options. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how to manage them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Monna Health to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring frequency you choose during checkout.
Subscription orders are designed to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your products and may include subscriber-only pricing or benefits.
Managing Your Subscription
You may:
- Skip a shipment
- Pause your subscription
- Update your delivery frequency
- Update payment or shipping information
- Cancel your subscription at any time
You can manage your subscription through the customer portal linked in your order confirmation and subscription emails, or by contacting us at hello@monnahealth.com.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, Monna Health may offer products available for pre-order before inventory is available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method either:
- At the time of purchase, or
- At the time the product becomes available for shipment
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items are provided for reference only and may be subject to change.
You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has been processed for fulfillment. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If offered, “Try Before You Buy” products allow you to evaluate eligible products before being charged in full.
When placing a Try Before You Buy order, we may authorize your payment method for the full order amount at checkout, but you will not be charged unless you keep the product beyond the applicable trial period.
To avoid charges, eligible products must be returned within the stated trial window according to the return instructions provided.
If items are not returned within the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase amount.
