Returns & Refund Policy

At Monna Health, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying them.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from monnahealth.com.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Purchased directly from Monna Health
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@monnahealth.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@monnahealth.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements or ingestible products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or bundled items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product, we recommend initiating a return for eligible items and placing a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive your package, a full refund (minus a $7.00 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original form of payment within approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
