We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We may offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders or promotions. Eligibility and thresholds are subject to change without notice.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in select countries.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local carrier charges
  • Monna Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription before your next billing date through your customer portal or by contacting us at hello@monnahealth.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Monna Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at hello@monnahealth.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you need additional support, you may also contact us at hello@monnahealth.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Monna Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@monnahealth.com and include your order number and photos if applicable.
